Ayah 1 Play Ayah
إِنَّا innaIndeedفَتَحۡنَا fatahnaWe have given victoryلَكَ lakato youفَتۡحٗا fathana victoryمُّبِينٗا mubinanclearﰀ
TRANSLITERATION
inna fatahna laka fathan mubinan
English - Sahih International
Indeed, We have given you, [O Muhammad], a clear conquest
Ayah 2 Play Ayah
لِّيَغۡفِرَ liyaghfiraThat may forgiveلَكَ lakafor youٱللَّهُ al-lahuAllahمَا mawhatتَقَدَّمَ taqaddamaprecededمِن minofذَنۢبِكَ dhanbikayour faultوَمَا wamaand whatتَأَخَّرَ ta-akharawill followوَيُتِمَّ wayutimmaand completeنِعۡمَتَهُۥ ni'matahuHis favorعَلَيۡكَ alaykaupon youوَيَهۡدِيَكَ wayahdiyakaand guide youصِرَٰطٗا siratan(to) a Pathمُّسۡتَقِيمٗا mus'taqimanStraightﰁ
TRANSLITERATION
liyaghfira laka al-lahu ma taqaddama min dhanbika wama ta-akhara wayutimma ni'matahu alayka wayahdiyaka siratan mus'taqiman
English - Sahih International
That Allah may forgive for you what preceded of your sin and what will follow and complete His favor upon you and guide you to a straight path
Ayah 3 Play Ayah
وَيَنصُرَكَ wayansurakaAnd Allah may help youٱللَّهُ al-lahuAnd Allah may help youنَصۡرًا nasran(with) a helpعَزِيزًا azizanmightyﰂ
TRANSLITERATION
wayansuraka al-lahu nasran azizan
English - Sahih International
And [that] Allah may aid you with a mighty victory.
Ayah 4 Play Ayah
هُوَ huwaHeٱلَّذِيٓ alladhi(is) the One Whoأَنزَلَ anzalasent downٱلسَّكِينَةَ al-sakinata[the] tranquilityفِي fiin(to)قُلُوبِ qulubi(the) heartsٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ al-mu'minina(of) the believersلِيَزۡدَادُوٓاْ liyazdaduthat they may increaseإِيمَٰنٗا imanan(in) faithمَّعَ ma'awithإِيمَٰنِهِمۡۗ imanihimtheir faithوَلِلَّهِ walillahiAnd for Allahجُنُودُ junudu(are the) hostsٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ al-samawati(of) the heavensوَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ wal-ardiand the earthوَكَانَ wakanaand Allahٱللَّهُ al-lahuand Allahعَلِيمًا aliman(is) All-Knowerحَكِيمٗا hakimanAll-Wiseﰃ
TRANSLITERATION
huwa alladhi anzala al-sakinata fi qulubi al-mu'minina liyazdadu imanan ma'a imanihim walillahi junudu al-samawati wal-ardi wakana al-lahu aliman hakiman
English - Sahih International
It is He who sent down tranquillity into the hearts of the believers that they would increase in faith along with their [present] faith. And to Allah belong the soldiers of the heavens and the earth, and ever is Allah Knowing and Wise.
Ayah 5 Play Ayah
لِّيُدۡخِلَ liyud'khilaThat He may admitٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ al-mu'mininathe believing menوَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ wal-mu'minatiand the believing womenجَنَّـٰتٖ jannatin(to) Gardensتَجۡرِي tajriflowمِن minfromتَحۡتِهَا tahtihaunderneath themٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ al-anharuthe riversخَٰلِدِينَ khalidina(to) abide foreverفِيهَا fihathereinوَيُكَفِّرَ wayukaffiraand (to) removeعَنۡهُمۡ anhumfrom themسَيِّـَٔاتِهِمۡۚ sayyiatihimtheir misdeedsوَكَانَ wakanaand isذَٰلِكَ dhalikathatعِندَ indawithٱللَّهِ al-lahiAllahفَوۡزًا fawzana successعَظِيمٗا azimangreatﰄ
TRANSLITERATION
liyud'khila al-mu'minina wal-mu'minati jannatin tajri min tahtiha al-anharu khalidina fiha wayukaffira anhum sayyiatihim wakana dhalika inda al-lahi fawzan aziman
English - Sahih International
[And] that He may admit the believing men and the believing women to gardens beneath which rivers flow to abide therein eternally and remove from them their misdeeds - and ever is that, in the sight of Allah, a great attainment -
Ayah 6 Play Ayah
وَيُعَذِّبَ wayu'adhibaAnd He (may) punishٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ al-munafiqinathe hypocrite menوَٱلۡمُنَٰفِقَٰتِ wal-munafiqatiand the hypocrite womenوَٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ wal-mush'rikinaand the polytheist menوَٱلۡمُشۡرِكَٰتِ wal-mush'rikatiand the polytheist womenٱلظَّآنِّينَ al-zaninawho assumeبِٱللَّهِ bil-lahiabout Allahظَنَّ zannaan assumptionٱلسَّوۡءِۚ al-sawievilعَلَيۡهِمۡ alayhimUpon themدَآئِرَةُ dairatu(is) a turnٱلسَّوۡءِۖ al-sawi(of) evilوَغَضِبَ waghadibaAnd (Allah's) wrathٱللَّهُ al-lahu(And) Allah's (wrath)عَلَيۡهِمۡ alayhimupon themوَلَعَنَهُمۡ wala'anahumand He has cursed themوَأَعَدَّ wa-a'addaand preparedلَهُمۡ lahumfor themجَهَنَّمَۖ jahannamaHellوَسَآءَتۡ wasaatand evilمَصِيرٗا masiran(is the) destinationﰅ
TRANSLITERATION
wayu'adhiba al-munafiqina wal-munafiqati wal-mush'rikina wal-mush'rikati al-zanina bil-lahi zanna al-sawi alayhim dairatu al-sawi waghadiba al-lahu alayhim wala'anahum wa-a'adda lahum jahannama wasaat masiran
English - Sahih International
And [that] He may punish the hypocrite men and hypocrite women, and the polytheist men and polytheist women - those who assume about Allah an assumption of evil nature. Upon them is a misfortune of evil nature; and Allah has become angry with them and has cursed them and prepared for them Hell, and evil it is as a destination.
Ayah 7 Play Ayah
وَلِلَّهِ walillahiAnd for Allahجُنُودُ junudu(are the) hostsٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ al-samawati(of) the heavensوَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ wal-ardiand the earthوَكَانَ wakanaand Allahٱللَّهُ al-lahuand Allahعَزِيزًا azizan(is) All-Mightyحَكِيمًا hakimanAll-Wiseﰆ
TRANSLITERATION
walillahi junudu al-samawati wal-ardi wakana al-lahu azizan hakiman
English - Sahih International
And to Allah belong the soldiers of the heavens and the earth. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise.
Ayah 8 Play Ayah
إِنَّآ innaIndeed Weأَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ arsalnaka[We] have sent youشَٰهِدٗا shahidan(as) a witnessوَمُبَشِّرٗا wamubashiranand (as) a bearer of glad tidingsوَنَذِيرٗا wanadhiranand (as) a warnerﰇ
TRANSLITERATION
inna arsalnaka shahidan wamubashiran wanadhiran
English - Sahih International
Indeed, We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner
Ayah 9 Play Ayah
لِّتُؤۡمِنُواْ litu'minuThat you may believeبِٱللَّهِ bil-lahiin Allahوَرَسُولِهِۦ warasulihiand His Messengerوَتُعَزِّرُوهُ watu'azziruhuand (may) honor himوَتُوَقِّرُوهُۚ watuwaqqiruhuand respect himوَتُسَبِّحُوهُ watusabbihuhuand glorify Himبُكۡرَةٗ buk'ratanmorningوَأَصِيلًا wa-asilanand eveningﰈ
TRANSLITERATION
litu'minu bil-lahi warasulihi watu'azziruhu watuwaqqiruhu watusabbihuhu buk'ratan wa-asilan
English - Sahih International
That you [people] may believe in Allah and His Messenger and honor him and respect the Prophet and exalt Allah morning and afternoon.

Ayah 10 Play Ayah
إِنَّ innaIndeedٱلَّذِينَ alladhinathose whoيُبَايِعُونَكَ yubayi'unakapledge allegiance to youإِنَّمَا innamaonlyيُبَايِعُونَ yubayi'unathey pledge allegianceٱللَّهَ al-laha(to) Allahيَدُ yadu(The) Handٱللَّهِ al-lahi(of) Allahفَوۡقَ fawqa(is) overأَيۡدِيهِمۡۚ aydihimtheir handsفَمَن famanThen whoeverنَّكَثَ nakathabreaks (his oath)فَإِنَّمَا fa-innamathen onlyيَنكُثُ yankuthuhe breaksعَلَىٰ alaagainstنَفۡسِهِۦۖ nafsihihimselfوَمَنۡ wamanand whoeverأَوۡفَىٰ awfafulfilsبِمَا bimawhatعَٰهَدَ ahadahe has covenantedعَلَيۡهُ alayhu(with)ٱللَّهَ al-lahaAllahفَسَيُؤۡتِيهِ fasayu'tihisoon He will give himأَجۡرًا ajrana rewardعَظِيمٗا azimangreatﰉ
TRANSLITERATION
inna alladhina yubayi'unaka innama yubayi'una al-laha yadu al-lahi fawqa aydihim faman nakatha fa-innama yankuthu ala nafsihi waman awfa bima ahada alayhu al-laha fasayu'tihi ajran aziman
English - Sahih International
Indeed, those who pledge allegiance to you, [O Muhammad] - they are actually pledging allegiance to Allah. The hand of Allah is over their hands. So he who breaks his word only breaks it to the detriment of himself. And he who fulfills that which he has promised Allah - He will give him a great reward.
